Adopt a Highway
The Adopt-a-Highway program of the Texas Department of Transportation gives us an opportunity to keep Texas beautiful.
The Adopt-a-Highway program gives Kappa Delta Chi Alpha an opportunity to support the Lubbock department's litter prevention programs by adopting a section of highway for the purpose of reducing litter on an adopted section through public participation.

Lubbock Lions Club
Pancake Festival
Each year the Lubbock Lions Club hosts the Largest Pancake Festival in the world to support local charities. The Lubbock lions club still holds the world record for the most pancakes served in an eight hour period by a non profit organization.

Relay For Life
Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries take part in this global phenomenon and raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer.
Kappa Delta Chi Alpha participates in the organized, overnight community fundraising walk with our team camping out around a track.

Hope Lodge
The Society opened the doors of the Lubbock Hope Lodge in June 2010, with the 32-room facility offering free lodging and transportation to and from treatment for cancer patients – saving them an estimated $1.3 million annually in hotel expenses.

South Plains Food Bank
The South Plains Food Bank offers you the opportunity to help provide food for those who need it. Several times a year SPFB joins with other organizations to hold Food Drives.

Salvation Army
he Salvation Army of Lubbock is a Christian organization that has been serving the community since 1922. The Salvation Army focuses on providing social services for the entire community.
